The reception staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. the small touches like robes and slippers in the room were a nice surprise. the location was convenient and close to restaurants, train station, and the shore.

The fold-out sofa bed cushions were a bit difficult to keep in place but were still decent for support. the rooms were not well soundproofed, so noise from other rooms could be a bit bothersome at times.

The location was fantastic, with the hotel being close to everything. We were able to easily walk to attractions, restaurants, and tourist sites. The hotel facilities were impressive, with clean and comfortable rooms that included practical amenities like a kitchen, coffee machine, and washing machine. The breakfast provided was generous, and we loved the fact that it could be enjoyed in our room, with fresh bread and pastries delivered to our door each morning. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

I really enjoyed my stay at this place. The location was perfect with tram stops nearby and attractions within walking distance. The hotel also had great services including car and bicycle hire, 24-hour room service, and housekeeping. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything from ironing facilities to a washing machine.
